Aufgaben

• Assist with planning, coordination and delivery of staff training programmes.
• Support the facilitation of training sessions to ensure employees understand procedures and service expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and the induction of new team members.
• Monitor staff progress and provide feedback to support development.
• Help maintain training materials, attendance registers and development records.
• Work with management to identify training needs.
• Promote a positive learning environment that supports teamwork and service excellence.
• Support implementation of luxury hospitality standards across the lodge.
