Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a senior training role within luxury hospitality or lodge environments.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and lodge operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
