Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring efficient service across all departments.
• Lead and support staff, promoting professionalism, teamwork and excellent guest service.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, requests and complaints with warmth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct regular operational checks to maintain the lodge’s luxury standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling, team briefings and performance management.
• Monitor guest feedback and help implement service improvements.
• Support lodge management with administration, reporting and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational procedures.
