Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business management, or related field.
• Minimum of five years' senior leadership experience in luxury lodge/hotel/resort.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with budget management experience.
• Proven ability to improve business performance and guest experience.
• Advanced computer literacy and knowledge of revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all operational departments.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the lodge.
• Maintain exceptional standards across accommodation, F&B, guest facilities and public areas.
• Drive preventative maintenance to keep buildings and facilities in excellent condition.
• Oversee refurbishment and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and reporting to executives.
• Drive operational efficiencies while upholding premium guest standards.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to grow occupancy and revenue.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-performing staff and ensure succession planning.
• Uphold health, safety, environmental compliance and food safety standards.
• Champion sustainable practices and responsible tourism.
• Engage with communities and stakeholders to promote the brand.
