The role requires 5+ years in hotel sales, a degree or diploma in Sales or Hospitality, and the ability to travel locally or internationally as required. You will work with Marketing, attend trade shows, and close premium corporate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• Sales or Hospitality-related diploma/degree preferred.
• Proven 5+ years in a hotel sales role and 2+ years in hospitality.
• Knowledge of property management and reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum revenue from Key Accounts, Prospecting Accounts, and New Business.
• Source new business opportunities through cold calls, networking and referrals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and represent property at trade shows and events.
• Schedule sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections; deliver presentations.
• Update client profiles and tailor quotations for conferences, events, and spa offerings.
• Coordinate with Banqueting and F&B teams to ensure flawless event execution.
