La Residence, part of The Royal Portfolio, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, coordinating departments, optimizing systems, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role partners with HODs, Deputy GM and GM to uphold service excellence, drive efficiency, sustainability and staff development, while maintaining brand standards across all guest areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Diploma with substantial relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Experience in senior supervisory roles across multiple departments.
• Proven guest-experience management and VIP service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure seamless service.
• Lead Duty Managers and rostering to maintain standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and respond to feedback within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with GM, DGM and HQ design team on aesthetics and standards.
• Report operational data and financial performance to leadership.
