Job summary

Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa and Food & Beverage for a luxury property in South Africa. You will coordinate multiple departments to ensure seamless, high-end service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in luxury hospitality operations, strong leadership and guest relations skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Fluency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
