• Sound knowledge of beverages and cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Mixes and prepares a wide range of beverage items.
• Greets guests and colleagues warmly and maintains a positive team spirit.
• Ensures guests leave with a lasting positive experience and impression of the outlet.
• Maintains appearance and hygiene standards, uniform and shoes.
• Demonstrates understanding of restaurant policies, service standards, and liquor laws.
• Maintains inventory and reports discrepancies as needed.
• Reports suspicious activity to Security and follows safety regulations.
