Placements24 in Benoni is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to uphold the highest standards of service at a luxury hotel. You will be the primary contact for VIP guests, manage special requests, and ensure a seamless stay from arrival to departure.

You will work with various hotel departments to fulfill guest needs, develop relationships with regular guests, and drive service improvements to enhance loyalty and the hotel's esteemed reputation in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office supervisory role, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
• Impeccable presentation and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in English and ideally other relevant languages.
