Placements24 is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager for a prestigious hotel in East London. You will be the primary contact for VIP guests and work with all hotel departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations from arrival to departure.

The role requires exceptional communication, diplomacy, and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards. You will lead guest experience initiatives and ensure world-class service across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a senior guest-facing role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and customer service best practices.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism in East London.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and CRM systems.

• Oversee all guest relations activities to ensure high guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and feedback efficiently, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery for all guests, especially VIPs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and build lasting relationships.
• Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for service improvements.
• Act as a liaison between management and guests, representing the hotel with professionalism and charm.
