Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of guest services, ensuring high standards of hospitality and personalized attention.
• Manage guest feedback, address complaints promptly and effectively, and implement service recovery strategies.
• Develop and maintain guest profiles, identifying opportunities for personalized service and special recognition.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments (Front Desk, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Train and mentor front-line staff on guest relations best practices and service standards.
