You will lead the front office team to deliver a warm, seamless and professional guest journey from arrival through departure, and work with the wider management team to uphold luxury standards.

The role covers daily operation, rostering, training, guest queries, VIP arrivals and close collaboration with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B.

Qualifications

• Experience in a five-star or luxury hotel preferred.
• Strong guest-relations and communication skills.
• Polished and professional manner with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operation.
• Lead, motivate and support reception and guest services.
• Ensure high standards of guest service.
• Manage arrivals, departures, room allocations and guest requests.
• Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and guest recognition.
