The role requires leading a front office team, maintaining service standards, handling guest feedback, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Front Office Manager in luxury hotel or equivalent.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems and reservations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Reception, Guest Relations, Porters and Night Audit.
• Lead, motivate and develop Front Office team.
• Ensure high standards of guest service in a luxury hotel environment.
• Oversee arrivals, departures, room allocations and special requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B and other departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy and daily operations.
