Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing hospitality role would be advantageous.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A professional, friendly and well-presented manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the front-of-house department to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression upon arrival.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs and general enquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Support the front-of-house team in managing guest requests and special arrangements.
• Liaise with housekeeping, reservations and other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Handle guest concerns and requests promptly, escalating matters to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and guest service at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties and ensure that relevant guest information is recorded accurately.
• Contribute to a welcoming and organised front-of-house environment in line with luxury hospitality standards.
