Ideal candidates have 7+ years in F&B management, including 3+ years in a director role, and a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in food & beverage management, including 3+ years in a director-level role.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Proven track record managing multi-outlet F&B operations and banqueting.
• Strong financial management skills with P&L responsibility and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with menu engineering, costing, and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment in Rustenburg.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
• Develop innovative menu concepts with high quality, presentation, and brand standards.
