Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management.
• At least 4 years in a Director or senior management role at a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, culinary operations, and wine/spirits.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets within the luxury resort in Bloemfontein.
• Develop and implement innovative menus, beverage programs, and service standards that enhance the guest experience and align with the luxury brand.
• Manage F&B budgets, control costs, optimize revenue, and ensure profitability across all outlets.
• Lead, train, and mentor the F&B management team and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining impeccable standards in all F&B areas.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive F&B revenue and guest engagement.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure coordination and delivery of services.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to service and offerings.
