Placements24 is assisting a luxury hotel in Sandton by seeking a sophisticated Concierge to deliver unparalleled guest services. You’ll anticipate needs, provide insider knowledge, and coordinate dining, entertainment, transportation and local activities for a discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication, a deep knowledge of the local area, and a polished, discreet demeanor, with experience in luxury hospitality and familiarity with concierge software.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable grooming and discreet demeanor.
• Proficiency with concierge software and reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide discreet and personalized guest assistance, anticipating needs.
• Offer recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and activities.
• Arrange transportation including airport transfers and car services.
• Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services and local amenities.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of events and dining options for tailored advice.
• Build relationships with local vendors to enhance service offerings.
• Manage guest correspondence and record requests and arrangements.
