Job summary

Camissa House in Cape Town seeks a dedicated Butler to deliver world-class guest service within a luxury boutique setting. You will manage day plans, reservations, and transfers while coordinating with departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, PMS and POS familiarity, and a strong emphasis on personalised service, discretion, and elegance.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with PMS and POS systems.
• Wine and beverage service experience.
• Discreet, proactive, highly organized service mindset.
• Excellent communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort guests, conduct in-room check-ins, and anticipate needs.
• Assist with menu selections, beverage pairings, and dietary requests.
• Coordinate with departments for reservations, transfers, and daily itineraries.
• Monitor stock levels and share guest preferences with the team for personalised experiences.
• Maintain pristine rooms and facilities to ensure seamless luxury service.
