Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Concierge, or in a luxury hotel environment is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Franschhoek area and surrounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting guests with discretion and proper address forms.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, including valet service.
• Provide room introduction and explain services and facilities.
• Assist with itinerary planning and restaurant bookings.
• Offer personalised services with urgency and dedication to guests.
• Maintain detailed guest preferences with privacy for current and future visits.
• Communicate with other departments to expedite requests.
• Assist with transfers and excursions as needed.
• Support housekeeping and F&B knowledge to deliver services.
• Process guest charges across platforms (e.g., POS, Protel).
