Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar duty management or operational role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-groomed and professional presentation.
• Computer literate with a good understanding of hotel systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
