Placements24 is recruiting a General Manager for a luxury boutique hotel in Stellenbosch. You will lead all aspects of operations, from guest services and F&B to staff management and marketing, ensuring an intimate and memorable experience for discerning travelers.

The role requires at least 7 years in hotel management, with 3 years in a GM or AGM position, and a degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hotel management with luxury or boutique experience.
• Experience in F&B, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Knowledge of Western Cape tourism market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique hotel operations and guest service.
• Manage front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and HR.
• Develop strategic business plans to maximize revenue and control costs.
