Placements24 is seeking an experienced Logistics Team Lead for a busy dispatch and receiving hub in East London, Eastern Cape. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership to guide a warehouse team, optimise daily operations, and maintain safety and accuracy in all logistics processes.

You will develop your team, monitor performance, liaise with internal departments, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in a warehouse/logistics environment with supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory, dispatch and receiving.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
