About the Role

This role involves managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, and upholding safety standards. You will be responsible for supervising the receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, as well as coordinating with carriers and internal departments to guarantee operational targets are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of warehouse personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of inbound receipts and outbound shipments.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular checks and reconciliation processes.

Requirements
