Placements24 is seeking a Specialist Logistics Recruitment Consultant to join our Richards Bay team. You will source, evaluate, and place top logistics and supply chain professionals, building strong client relationships in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in recruitment, with a proven logistics specialization, and willingness to travel within KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, leveraging tools and networks to fill mid- to senior-level roles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a logistics/supply chain focus.
• Proven track record placing mid- to senior-level logistics roles.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and candidate assessment.
• Willingness to travel regionally within KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

• Source and place candidates within logistics, supply chain, warehousing and transportation sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients in KwaZulu-Natal.
• Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience and cultural fit for logistics roles.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to offer and onboarding support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and tech impacting logistics recruitment.
• Attend networking events and industry forums to expand network of clients and candidates.
• consistently meet placement targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide market insights and talent acquisition counsel to clients.
