Qualifications

• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities; familiarity with local KwaZulu-Natal market.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering disciplines.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, events, and headhunting.
• Screen and interview to assess technical skills and culture fit.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Richards Bay and surrounding areas.
• Develop relationships with engineering clients and understand their needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage offers.
• Stay informed on industry trends, salaries, and best practices in engineering recruitment.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.
