About the Role

Our client is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Logistics Process Improvement Specialist to drive efficiency within their operations in Nelspruit . This role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. You will analyze current workflows, recommend and implement strategic changes, and ensure adherence to best practices across the logistics function. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a deep understanding of logistics operations and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement new process strategies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with operational teams to execute process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented improvements, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
