Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across the warehouse for accuracy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and track deliveries.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices).
• Liaise with carriers and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate inventory movements in the system.
• Support implementation and maintenance of WMS.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support logistics and operations to meet department goals.
