Placements24 is seeking a skilled Operations Manager specializing in logistics to lead our Stellenbosch operations. You will oversee the entire logistics and supply chain, drive efficiency, and manage a dedicated team to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Responsibilities include optimizing warehousing and transportation, building strong relationships with 3PLs, and analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and transportation management.
Proven ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the logistics and supply chain operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery times.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
