Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or a related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management or a similar logistics role.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical checks to identify discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels and generate reorder alerts to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Process inbound receipts and outbound shipments and ensure accuracy against documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to implement best practices for inventory handling.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and optimize stock rotation.
• Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
• Ensure proper storage and organization to minimize damage and obsolescence.
• Assist in development and implementation of inventory control policies.
