Job summary

Clover Recruitment is seeking a warehouse administrator in the Eastern Cape region to support raw materials and stock control. The role requires 2-3 years in a warehousing environment within manufacturing, data entry, and strong computer literacy.

A Code 08 driver’s license and willingness to travel or stay away may be required. The successful candidate will assist with stock movements, data capture, and coordination with Costing Clerk and Buyer.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level.
People management experience.
Business English: Fluent.
Computer literacy (Intermediate).
Code 08 Driver's license.
Travel off-site/ overnight stay.
Work shifts/weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks: Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system; Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests; Liaise with Costing Clerk and Buyer regarding the GRNI and PPV Reports; Ensure return documentation (eg. containers/pallet counts) are captured; Capture and ensure that transactions on LX systems take place.
Monitor and control stock (Inbound and Outbound): Monitor, administer and coordinate all stock movements (receive, transfer, dispatch and administer stock on hand on Raw, Packaging as well as Finished Goods); Adhere to stock functions; Assist with stock counts; Do cycle counts (daily, weekly & monthly); Monitor stock quality (expiry dates); Report stock issues.
Oversee outbound logistics: Ensure accurate stock captures (ERMS and WMS); Ensure invoices and reconciliations are done; Ensure stock counts and adjustments are actioned; Manage CHEP pallets (orders and transfers).
