Ability Executive Recruitment is seeking a New Business Sales Executive in Bellville, South Africa, to identify, secure and onboard new customers for logistics and courier solutions. You will drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship building and solution selling.

You will manage a robust sales pipeline, present solutions, prepare proposals, and participate in tenders while collaborating with operations to onboard clients and achieve targets.

Formación

• 3–5 years' B2B sales experience, preferably within logistics, transport or supply chain.
• Valid, unendorsed South African driver's license.
• Own reliable transport.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in courier, logistics or transport sales.
• Existing network within the commercial, retail, distribution or manufacturing sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Conducting sales presentations, solution discussions and negotiations.
• Preparing commercial proposals and pricing solutions.
• Managing tender participation and responses where appropriate.

• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
• Developing strong market intelligence and competitor awareness.
• Building professional networks and leveraging industry opportunities to generate leads.
• Maintaining accurate sales activity records and reporting through CRM and sales systems.
• Supporting the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
