Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and vehicles efficiently to meet delivery and pickup schedules.
• Monitor the location and status of all active shipments and vehicles using dispatch software.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely completion and fuel efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
• Respond to operational disruptions, such as traffic delays or vehicle issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and records of all transportation activities.
