The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least two years' experience in logistics, along with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or a similar coordination role.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of transportation modes, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
• Liaise with transportation providers to negotiate rates and schedule pickups.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee stock management processes.
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and declarations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders and customers.

You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, liaising with transportation providers, and maintaining accurate logistics records. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities
