Job summary

Datacentrix is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily processing of sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and receipts. You will resolve queries, coordinate between Sales, Suppliers and Warehouse, and contribute to month-end and year-end requirements.

The role emphasizes compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and internal controls, with supporting reporting and risk management across operations.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 and a Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management are required.
• Experience with end-to-end logistics transactions and approvals is preferred.
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and month-end cut-offs.

Responsibilities

• Process all system transactions: sales orders, purchase orders, receipts, invoicing, credit notes, returns.
• Managing compliance to all transactional approval requirements.
• Ensuring all transactions are processed within Logistics Operational Level Agreement.
• Ensuring compliance to all company policies, procedures, and logistics regulations.
• Month-end preparation and management according to transactional cut-off times.
• Resolving queries from Sales, Suppliers, Finance, and Warehouse.
• Identifying operational and SHEQ risks and reporting to Logistics Management.
