Job summary

Assist World is seeking a Logistics & Operations Assistant to support our growing team in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate shipments, maintain commercial documentation, and manage product classification data.

You will work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and accurate records in our internal systems. The role focuses on maintaining documentation, HS code classification, and ERP data accuracy, with a strong emphasis on English communication

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain support.
• Knowledge of HS codes and commercial shipping docs.
• Proficient with ERP and internal systems.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain commercial shipping documentation.
• Classify products using HS codes.
• Update data across ERP and operational systems.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve issues.
• Support customs documentation and compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and stakeholders to fulfil orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records.
• Assist with process improvements and operational reporting.
• Provide general admin support to operations and logistics teams.
