Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of transportation, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third‑party logistics providers.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and import/export permits.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistical activities and update the relevant systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient reception and dispatch of goods.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding shipment status.
• Assist in negotiating freight rates and contracts with service providers.
