Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to optimize transportation and warehousing activities in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will manage carriers, documentation and day-to-day logistics challenges, ensuring on-time and cost-effective movement of goods.

You will liaise with internal teams, external suppliers and customers to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced port city environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes and shipping documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Richards Bay port operations is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transportation scheduling, routing and tracking shipments.

• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
