The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in logistics, familiarity with shipping software, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing shipping documentation and managing carrier relationships.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and regulations.
• Familiarity with common shipping software and online tracking systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
