Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air, and road freight.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, and customs officials to resolve transit issues.
• Communicate with clients to provide shipment updates and address inquiries.
• Book cargo space and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
• Monitor shipment progress and mitigate delays or disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s logistics software.
• Process freight invoices and ensure timely payment to service providers.
