Proficiency in administrative software and strong organization are essential. The role involves processing orders, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and producing reports on logistics activities and costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Administrator or in a similar administrative role within logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage shipping and receiving documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
