Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Administrator to support Logistics & Warehousing in Nelspruit. You will manage administrative tasks, maintain accurate records in the WMS, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This hybrid role combines on-site duties with remote work flexibility, offering a key administrative support position in Mpumalanga's logistics hub and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or in an administrative role within logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with WMS software or similar systems.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively in a hybrid work setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules within the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Process incoming and outgoing shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and management to track orders and resolve administrative issues.
• Manage and organize logistical documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts and daily tasks.
• Handle general administrative duties, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
