Qualifications

• Previous lodge management or senior hospitality management experience.
• Experience within a luxury lodge, safari or game reserve environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the lodge and ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service, hospitality and overall presentation.
• Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure operational procedures, service standards and lodge policies are consistently followed.
• Manage guest relations and handle queries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and general lodge requirements.
• Work closely with management to ensure operational and financial targets are achieved.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers, staff and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the lodge remains well maintained, presented and fully operational at all times.
• Take a hands-on approach to daily running of the property and support the team wherever required.

Package

• Salary: R24,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Live-in.
