You will lead the lodge team, coordinate departments and maintain exceptional guest experiences in a remote, premium setting. A hands-on, flexible approach and strong administrative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous lodge management or senior hospitality management experience.
• Experience in luxury lodge, safari or game reserve environment is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• Hands-on, flexible and solutions-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the lodge and coordinate departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service, hospitality and presentation.
• Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team, fostering a positive working environment.
• Ensure operational procedures, service standards and lodge policies are followed.
• Manage guest relations and handle queries or concerns professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Monitor stock levels, ordering and general lodge requirements.
• Collaborate with management to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers, staff and stakeholders.
• Keep lodge well maintained and fully operational at all times.
• Take a hands-on approach to daily running of the property.
