Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager for a lodge-based role in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will join a very small team, requiring a friendly, proactive attitude and strong guest service focus.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's previous experience in a similar Duty Manager, Assistant Lodge Manager, Supervisor or hospitality management role.

The lodge operates with a very small team, meaning employees work in close quarters and rely heavily on one another.

The successful candidate must therefore have a friendly and positive attitude, be respectful towards colleagues and contribute to a harmonious working environment.

The Duty Manager must be able to discern between work and personal matters, communicate professionally and handle staff-related situations maturely.
