Job summary

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a practical all-rounder to oversee daily lodge operations in a small-team bush environment, while supporting the wider management team.

The ideal candidate has luxury lodge hospitality experience, is familiar with PMS and stock control, and can work independently in a hands-on role with strong guest service and communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license. Live-in position with accommodation and meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar luxury lodge or hospitality role.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS).
• Solid understanding of stock control and basic administrative processes.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational capacity.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Driver's license essential.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable within a small-team, remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across relevant lodge departments.
• Support smooth running of front-of-house and guest-facing areas.
• Conduct stock takes and manage basic stock control and ordering.
• Assist with guest check-ins and guest interaction as needed.
• Handle general administrative duties.
• Uphold service and presentation standards throughout the property.
• Step in wherever support is needed across the operation.
