Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification – Matric (Grade 12)
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• 1–3 years in Client Services is advantageous but not essential
• NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma is advantageous
• Comprehensive training and support provided

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls and emails
• Meet or exceed customer expectations and SLA requirements
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Deliver service excellence and identify opportunities for value-adding financial solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in customer experience
• Adhere to schedules and complete activities within timeframes
• Maintain documentation and share information with the team
• Escalate risks and issues as appropriate
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration within the contact centre
• Respond to customer queries to ensure full resolution
• Follow up on queries across stakeholders when needed
