Job summary

FNB is recruiting Service and Sales Advisors (JITS) in Cape Town for a fixed-term contract within the Personal Loans environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries, delivering excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to provide relevant financial solutions.

The role requires balance between service delivery and sales, adherence to governance standards, and a proactive, customer-centric approach. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification – Matric (Grade 12).
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training and support will be provided.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Client Services Support and Delivery would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently (self-starter).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure full resolution.
• Operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment and meet SLA expectations.
• Contribute to sales through appropriate product recommendations while maintaining service quality.
