Job summary

FNB is recruiting Service and Sales Advisors (JITS) in Cape Town for a fixed term contract within the Personal Loans environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and queries, delivering service excellence while identifying opportunities to offer relevant financial solutions.

The role requires matric, comprehensive training will be provided, and 1–3 years in client services is advantageous. A relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma is also advantageous.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is the minimum qualification.
• 1–3 years of Client Services experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or Diploma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and queries).
• Deliver service excellence while achieving business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to provide relevant financial solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Adhere to SOPs, governance standards, and SLA targets.
