Job summary

Sheshisa Finance in Vereeniging, Gauteng is seeking a Sales Representative to drive revenue by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and managing the full sales process in a permanent, on-site role. You will actively engage with customers, negotiate terms, and ensure delivery of products and services that meet client needs.

This role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a Code 8 driver's license, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales process. This role is located in Gauteng.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales and Communication Management: Ensure continual drive for sales through repeat visits.
• Discuss future promotions, focus lines, stock issues or any other relevant information.
• Communicate pricing, listing, product, packaging or stock issues directly to customers.
• Customer Service: Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management, as well as reporting problems to management where assistance is needed.
• Ensure that feedback on above is detailed and correct.
• Operational Excellence: Implements and monitors agreed upon strategy on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to monitor sales and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Maximizes opportunities for closing a sale and drives market penetration, through sound commercial discussion and negotiation.
• Continuous monitoring of service delivery.
• Ensure all company assets are maintained according to company policy.
• Working closely with marketing, operations and finance to achieve success.
• Identify and follow up of customers with low sales.
• Identifies and/or develops promotion/advertising opportunities in his/her sales area, ensuring a suitable return on investment is achieved.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Pro-actively influencing and managing relationships to ensure growth for all.
• Provide continuous feedback as per requirements.
• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, principals, peers, sub-ordinates and colleagues.
• Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge to give effective presentations/advice/guidance to customers.
