Placements24 is seeking an experienced Online Learning Platform Manager in Nelspruit to lead the strategic development and ongoing management of the organization's LMS, ensuring it meets the needs of learners, educators, and administrators.

You will oversee platform configuration, integration with other systems, accessibility compliance, and a superior user experience while collaborating with IT, instructional design, and stakeholder teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing learning management systems (LMS) or similar educational platforms.
• Strong understanding of online learning principles, instructional design, and user experience (UX).
• Proficiency in platform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid work model environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and strategic roadmap for the online learning platform (LMS).
• Oversee platform configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
